Program Options
8-Week Standard Program
You’ll join a Pod (group) to heighten your program experience and meet weekly 8 times to discuss what you’re learning that week and gain insights from each other. Go through the program knowing you’re in good company to help keep each other accountable. And you’re not alone! I’ll be facilitating the weekly Pod meetings to coach you through your experiences and deepen your understanding of the content and practice.

8-Week Individual Program
You’ll get the same app experience as the 8-Week Standard Program, and instead of meeting with a Pod weekly, you’ll have a private coaching session weekly to process your learning and take it to the next level.

6-Month Standard Program
A longer accountability period will help your new habits stick. You’ll get the same experience as the 8-Week Standard Program, plus, at the end of the 8-Week Program, you’ll have an individual insight session to target your insights and goals, and continue to be enrolled with new content in the app daily for the remainder of the time. Includes a planning session at the end to evaluate and update goals and a plan for keeping up with your new skills.

Weekly Video: 1 hr
Broken into smaller segments so you don’t have to watch it all at once. The video comes out on Saturday morning weeks and should be watched before the weekly group meeting. No video before the first meeting.
Weekly Pod Meeting: 1 hr
Meet on Mondays for 1 hr with your Pod to discuss experiences, observations, and insights from the videos and your daily practice.
Daily Practice: 15 min
Throughout the day, your mobile app will remind you to take small breaks to practice “PQ reps,” or small bite-sized moments of focus & flow. The 15 minutes is broken up throughout the day.
