I’ve spent my career honing and sharing leadership, culture, and team impact strategies to align leaders, strengthen teams, and create congruous cultures. Wanting to provide more value, I earned my MBA in order to strengthen the connection between this key work and your bottom line.  I’m passionate about understanding your unique circumstances to powerfully get to the root of your true influence.
